Steps to Add Your Company Logo:

  1. Go to "Settings" in your dashboard.

  2. Select "Company Profile".

  3. Click on "Upload Logo".

  4. Choose your logo file and upload it.

  5. Save your changes.


Company Description

A compelling description tells travelers who you are and what you offer.

Steps to Edit Company Description:

  1. In the "Company Profile" section, find the "Description" field.

  2. Write or edit your company overview.

  3. Save your changes.

Company Social Media Links

Connect travelers to your social media for updates and engagement.

Steps to Add Social Media Links:

  1. Within "Company Profile", locate the "Social Media Links" section.

  2. Enter your URLs for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

  3. Save your updates.


Company Brand Colors

Consistent branding enhances recognition and professionalism.

Steps to Set Brand Colors:

  1. Navigate to "Branding" under settings.

  2. Choose your primary and secondary colors using the color picker or hex codes.

  3. Preview how the colors look on your trip pages.

  4. Save your selections.


Updating notifications and email sending settings

You can easily customize where your booking and payment notifications are sent, whether to your personal email or your company’s general inbox.

What Are Notifications and Email Settings?

Notifications and Email Settings allow you to customize where traveler booking and payment notifications are sent, how replies from travelers are handled, and how automated emails appear to your travelers. This ensures effective communication and a seamless experience for everyone involved.


How to Verify or Change Your Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab located in the top navigation bar between Help and Subscriptions.

What is the Difference Between Company and Organizer?

The Company represents your business name or how you want travelers to recognize your brand. The Organizer refers to your personal name and information as the trip organizer.

When a company has Sub-Admins, emails are typically sent from the Company Name, while booking notifications and replies go directly to the Sub-Admin's Organizer email. In cases where companies create Sub-Admin accounts for clients, replies are often sent to the Company email instead.


How to Change Your Company Email and Company Name

☝️ Please note that only Admins can update company information. If you are a Sub-Admin, please reach out to your Admin for assistance with these changes.

If you are a Company Admin, you can make changes by navigating to Settings > Company Information.

How to Change Your User Email and User Name

Steps to Change Your Email:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation menu.

  2. Access My Info: In the Settings sidebar, ensure My Info is selected (it should be highlighted).

  3. Locate Security Settings: Scroll down to the Security Settings section and click on Change Email

  4. Enter Credentials

    • Enter your current password in the password field

    • Enter your new email address in the email field

    • Click the Send code button

  5. Verify Your Email

    • A verification code will be sent to your new email address

    • Check your email for the 6-digit verification code

    • Enter the code in the verification field

    • Click Verify Code to proceed

    • If you didn't receive the code, click "Send code again"

  6. Confirmation

    • Once verified, you'll see a success message: "Email updated successfully"

    • Click OK to close the confirmation dialog

Important Notes:

  • You must have access to both your current password and the new email address to complete this process

  • The verification code is sent to your new email address, not your current one

  • Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the verification code

  • Your email change takes effect immediately upon successful verification
