Making Payments on Your Account

You have two convenient options for making payments on your account:

  • Pay Now

  • Make New Payment

Pay Now Button

Next to each installment, you’ll find a "Pay Now" button. Click this if you want to:

  • Pay a specific installment early

  • Settle a balance due on a paused payment

  • Address an overdue payment

When you pay a specific installment, it will be marked as "Paid," and your total due will update to "$0.00."

Example: Paying a Specific Installment

When you click "Pay Now" on Installment #2:

  • The payment status updates to "Paid."

  • The due date of Nov 11, 2023, changes to "Paid on Nov 7, 2023."

  • A receipt will be available for you to download.

Example: Paying an Overdue Payment

If you have an overdue payment, simply click "Pay Now" on that installment row to process the payment.

Make New Payment Button

If you’d like to make an additional payment to reduce your remaining balance, click "Make New Payment."

💡Tip: This option is perfect for lowering your monthly installments or paying off your remaining balance.

A pop-up will appear where you can enter any amount you wish to pay, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • The payment amount must be at least $35.00.

  • If the remaining installment balances are each $35.00, you’ll need to pay the balance in full or click "Pay Now" next to each installment you want to settle.

When you submit a payment through this method, your total balance decreases, and your monthly installment amount is also reduced. The number of installments and due dates will remain the same.

Example: Reducing Monthly Installments

If you have an extra $200 to contribute toward your trip, simply click "Make New Payment." After completing the payment, it will be recorded as "Paid," and you’ll receive a receipt for your records.

This $200 will be deducted from your total balance, lowering your remaining installment payments from $323.84 to just $283.84 each. Enjoy your journey!

Handling Failed Payments

Failed payments can occur for various reasons, such as expired card information or insufficient funds at the time of the charge.

If a payment fails, you’ll see the option to "Retry Payment" next to it. This allows you to update your card information or recharge the card on file. When you use this method, the payment will be processed for that specific installment, and the payment status will be marked as "Paid."

Unpausing Payments

Once a payment is paused, it cannot be resumed. To make a payment on your account, return to your account and click "Pay Now" next to the installment you wish to pay.
