As a Trip Organizer, your mission is to create unforgettable experiences for your travelers while ensuring your packages sell out.

SquadTrip empowers you with three essential pricing features that transform you into a savvy marketer and pricing strategist.

Maximize SquadTrip's 3 Game-Changing Pricing Tools

Combine these 3 key pricing features to positively influence your traveler's purchasing decision.

1. Anchor Pricing with Sort Ordered Packages

Anchor Pricing is a strategic approach that sets an initial “anchor” price, shaping how travelers perceive value.

In the world of pricing, presentation and order are crucial. With SquadTrip’s ability to sort order packages, you can strategically position your offerings on the trip page.

As an organizer, this means showcasing premium options first, directing travelers’ focus toward your most profitable packages. By placing more affordable options last, you increase the chances of travelers opting for higher-priced packages, ultimately maximizing your revenue.

👉 How to use package sort ordering:

After you have created your packages, use Package Sort Order by clicking the arrow to move the package up or down in in the list.

2. Charm Pricing with Hidden Processing Fees

Charm pricing involves setting prices just below whole numbers (e.g., $1,299 or $1,390), creating a perception of value that resonates with budget-conscious travelers.

One of your most powerful tools is the ability to "hide" processing fees from travelers, which often serve as a friction point affecting their perception of your trip's value.

With this feature, you can choose to absorb processing fees, ensuring travelers see a straightforward price without additional charges at checkout. This enhances the booking experience, making it more seamless and increasing conversion rates.

👉 How to Absorb Processing Fees:

While building packages, look for the question “Who pays the processing fee?” and select “Organizer pays”.

3. Create Urgency with Custom Promo Codes

Promo codes and discounts can accelerate purchasing decisions and motivate travelers to take advantage of your limited-time offers.

As you set package and add-on prices, ensure there’s flexibility to incorporate promo codes and discounts. Strategically plan these promotions around holidays, influencer programs, or referral discounts.

By effectively utilizing these tools, you can elevate your marketing strategy and significantly boost your trip’s appeal.

👉 How to Create a Promo Code:

Go to "Company Stats", select "Promo Code" on the left, and choose the trip and packages for your codes. For each code, you can:

  • Set a limited or unlimited quantity to foster exclusivity.

  • Specify expiration dates to enhance urgency.

  • Offer percentage or fixed dollar amount discounts.
