Group Chat is a new feature that lets you connect with your fellow travelers and trip organizers before the trip even begins. Once you join the chat, you can share excitement, ask questions, post photos, and get to know others who are traveling with.
How to Access Group Chat
To use Group Chat, you must first log in to your SquadTrip traveler profile.
Steps:
Log in to your traveler account.
Go to your Trip Details page for the trip you booked.
Look for the “Group Chat” button and click on it.
Click ‘Got it’ first, then type your message to enter the chat and start connecting with others!
Note- You’ll only see the Group Chat option if your booking is confirmed.
