Overview
Your SquadTrip traveler dashboard is the one place to manage everything about your trips -- view upcoming payments, check your balance, access group chat, download receipts, and review signed documents. Every trip you've booked appears on a single page so you never lose track of dates, amounts, or reservation details.
Getting to Your Dashboard
Log in at dashboard.squadtrip.com using the email you booked with, or click the link in your booking confirmation email. If you signed up with Google, click "Sign in with Google" on the login page.
Your Bookings
Your dashboard displays a trip card for each booking. Each card shows:

Trip Name | The name and destination of your trip |
Dates | Trip start and end dates |
Status | Active, Upcoming, or Completed badge |
Balance | Remaining amount owed and next payment date |
Package | The package you selected at checkout |
Click any trip card to view the full trip details, payment schedule, and group chat.
Viewing Your Payment Schedule
Inside a trip, the Payment tab shows every installment -- past and upcoming. Each row displays the due date, amount, and status (Paid, Upcoming, or Overdue). Your remaining balance and next payment date appear at the top so you always know what's due next.
Making a Payment or Paying Early
Want to pay ahead of schedule? Click "Make New Payment" to submit a payment before the next auto-charge date. You can pay any amount up to your full remaining balance. Early payments reduce the number of future installments automatically.
Updating Your Payment Method
To change the card on file, go to Account Settings and update your payment method. The new card applies to all future auto-billed installments across every trip you've booked. See Updating Your Credit Card Info for step-by-step instructions.
Accessing Group Chat and Trip Details
Click "Group Chat" on any trip card to open the real-time messaging thread for that trip. You can message the organizer and other travelers, view polls, react to messages, and stay up to date on trip announcements. The Trip Details section shows the itinerary, destination info, and any FAQs the organizer has posted.
Downloading Receipts and Signed Documents
The Receipts tab lists every payment you've made with date, amount, and a downloadable receipt. The Signed Documents tab stores your signed waiver, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy as downloadable PDFs.
Important Notes
Your dashboard updates in real time -- refresh the page if you just made a payment
Auto-billed installments appear in your payment history immediately after processing
All trips you've booked with the same email appear on one dashboard
If you booked with Google sign-in, use the same Google account to log in
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
Can't log in to the dashboard | Verify you're using the same email you booked with. Try the "Forgot Password" link or "Sign in with Google" if you originally used Google. |
Payments not showing in history | Refresh the page. If a payment was just made, it may take a few seconds to appear. If it still doesn't show, contact the organizer to confirm the payment processed. |
Group chat not visible | Group chat is enabled by the organizer. If you don't see it, the organizer may not have activated chat for this trip. Contact them directly. |
Receipts tab is empty | Receipts generate after a payment is processed. If you paid via BNPL (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay), receipts are managed by the BNPL provider, not SquadTrip. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I see all my trips in one place? A: Yes. Every trip you've booked with the same email appears on your dashboard. Active, upcoming, and completed trips all display on the main bookings page with status badges so you can quickly find the trip you need.
Q: How do I download a receipt for a payment? A: Go to your trip, click the Receipts tab, and click the download icon next to any payment. Each receipt includes the date, amount, payment method, and trip name. You can download receipts for every individual installment or the full payment.
Q: Can I pay off my remaining balance early? A: Yes. Click "Make New Payment" inside any trip and enter the amount you want to pay -- up to your full remaining balance. Paying early reduces or eliminates future auto-billed installments. There is no penalty or fee for early payment.
Q: I used Google sign-in -- how do I access my dashboard? A: Click "Sign in with Google" on the SquadTrip login page and select the same Google account you used when booking. Your dashboard and all trip details are linked to that Google account automatically.
Q: How do I update my personal information? A: Click your name or profile icon to access Account Settings. From there you can update your name, email, phone number, and payment method. Changes apply to all future bookings and communications.
